Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

1. Cancel online at any time

Open your verified purchase page and select Manage billing, or open Zap, go to Billing, and select the Customer Portal. The portal provides an online cancellation method without requiring a phone call or support approval. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using paid features until then. Save the cancellation confirmation for your records. Deleting the app, deleting local data, or no longer using Zap does not cancel billing.

2. Monthly renewals

Zap subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price, currency, and taxes disclosed before payment until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date shown in the Customer Portal to avoid the next charge. Bank processing and time-zone differences may affect when a pending charge appears.

3. No trial, money-back guarantee, or voluntary refunds

Zap does not provide a free trial. Paid access starts only after you explicitly complete Stripe Checkout and payment succeeds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not voluntarily offer refunds for purchases made in error, dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, failure to cancel before renewal, non-use, account suspension caused by a Terms violation, or unused time. We do not provide credits or prorated refunds when you cancel or change plans.

4. Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, repair, replacement, charge correction, withdrawal right, warranty, or other remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable. Where the law requires a remedy, we will provide the remedy the law requires and no broader voluntary guarantee. Use the private support form for an unauthorized or duplicate charge or to assert a mandatory legal right.

5. No promotions that create free access

Zap Checkout does not accept promotion codes or provide a zero-cost trial period. Website demonstrations do not activate the application.

6. Plan changes

The Customer Portal shows the timing and financial effect of an available plan change before you confirm it. Any charge, credit, proration, and effective date shown there control the change. A plan change does not create a refund right or money-back guarantee.

7. Legally required payment corrections

If applicable law requires a refund or payment correction, it is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control posting time. We cannot redirect it to a different person or payment method.

8. Charge questions

Use the private support form so we can identify and address a charge. Contacting us does not waive a right you cannot legally waive. A payment dispute or chargeback does not itself cancel future renewals; use the online cancellation method as well. Knowingly false disputes, account sharing, subscription bypass, or other payment fraud may result in suspension or termination.

9. Third-party marketplaces

The current Zap subscription is sold through Stripe Checkout. If a future purchase is made through Apple or another marketplace, that marketplace's billing, cancellation, and refund rules may control, and the request may need to be submitted directly to it.

Service availability and your rights

Hosted Zap AI is currently unavailable, as disclosed before purchase. The subscription includes all features that are available at the time of use; it is not a promise of unlimited AI or a future release date. If a service failure or description entitles you to a refund, price reduction, cancellation, or other remedy under applicable law, this policy does not remove that right. Contact support with the charge date and a description of the issue; do not send card numbers, passwords, or recovery codes.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy prospectively. The version in effect when a charge occurs will ordinarily govern that charge, subject to applicable law.
