Refund Policy
We want billing to be understandable and fair. This policy explains cancellations, renewals, and refund requests for Drip Type subscriptions.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel before the next renewal through Stripe’s customer portal, opened from the app’s Billing page. Access will ordinarily continue until the end of the paid period, and cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Refund requests
If Drip Type does not work as materially described and support cannot resolve the issue, submit a request using the support contact on your Stripe receipt or customer portal within 14 days of the initial purchase. Include the account email, charge date, plan, and a short explanation.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after a new billing period begins, except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred. Renewal terms are shown before checkout.
Trials and promotions
The 14-day local Core trial requires no card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only after you explicitly complete checkout. Any separate promotion will display its price and eligibility terms.
Apple or third-party purchases
If a future version is sold through the Mac App Store or another marketplace, that marketplace's billing and refund rules may apply, and requests may need to be submitted directly to it.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and may take several business days after issuance.
